Striploin cut is also know as sirloin and is found along the spine in the hindquarter running from the ribs to the rump. The Striploin roast is succulent, tender and flavorsome and can be further cut into steaks. Our Striploin steaks are cut to 1 inch thickness, and sealed directly from the slaughterhouse.
Fun Fact: Did you know Striploin is often called New York strip steak due to its association with the Delmonico's Restaurant in New York City.
